My friend Veggie has high blood pressure, and something bad happened to her recently. Several days ago, she met with her old classmates who had not seen each other for about decades. In order to get the eyes relax, we could do some eye exercises or use the warm towel to cover the two eyes. If the symptoms of eye tiredness are still there, it means we should go to see the doctor immediately. All these could prevent the eyes from fatigue and harm.
What’s more, we need to maintain a stable mood and positive attitude every day. Do not be over excited all the time. Do pay attention to have a good life regulation, such as controlling the diet, abandoning smoking and drinking, doing exercises often, and drinking more water. However, people who have experienced glaucoma should control the take-in amount of water. Based on the doctors’ advice, less than 500 ml is better.
As for old people, their regulatory function of the body is going down, so they need more special care to their body health. Do not be over tired. People who have high blood pressure or diabetes should take pills on time according to the doctors’ requirement so as to keep the blood pressure and blood sugar at the normal level.
At last but not the least, spend less time in the public where a lot of people are there, in order to prevent us from the infecting of potential eye diseases. Do not eat uncooked meat to avoid the eye diseases caused by parasites. All in all, eyes are delicate, so that they need our care.
